Return and Refund Policy  

Returns  
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:  
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.  
- It must be unworn and unused, with the hygienic protective slip still in place.  
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

To initiate a return, please contact us at chelle@salyrocas.com with your order details and proof of payment.  

Damages & Issues  
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.  

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest way is to:  
1. Complete your return for the original item.  
2. Place a new order for your desired item once your return is accepted.  

Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days.  

Please note:  
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and notify you of the refund.  
- If more than 15 days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at chelle@salyrocas.com.  

Exceptions
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- We do not accept returns on any items that do not meet our return condition requirements.
